Studio DeLite is an independent photography and portrait studio in South East London specialising in cinematically informed portraits, headshots and promotional images for artists, musicians, performers, dancers, fashion brands and more.

Emma Knight-Hill / Eliza DeLite

Emma Knight-Hill is a multidisciplinary artist better known under her stage name Eliza DeLite. She is an internationally acclaimed burlesque artist with a background in fine art, photographic and video work.

“As an artist, across both my performance and photographic work, my goal is to create iconic, striking visuals, with a strong influence from the worlds of cinema, fashion and fine art.”

In 2020, she was recognised by Arts Council England, with a grant for her project The Serpent’s Shadow, a large scale theatrical burlesque performance that went on to tour with international stage production Party Like Gatsby in 2022/2023.

She was highest graded student in the UK for her Art GNVQ studies in 2004. Her fine art, film and photography qualifications also include an A* GCSE in Fine Art (2004), A-levels in Photography, Dance & Film Studies from Queen Mary’s College, Basingstoke (2006), a Distinction in Art Foundation from the School of Art & Design, University of Wales Newport (2007), and a BA(hons) in Photography & Video Production – graduating in 2010 from DeMontfort University, Leicester.

In addition to a successful 16 year career in burlesque, she is bringing her formal art & photographic training right to the forefront with her photographic work through Studio DeLite
